Gateway Family & Urgent Care is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) medical practice in Midland, Michigan providing affordable primary and limited urgent care. We accept insured, Medicaid, underinsured and uninsured patients. Qualifying patients pay no more than $40 per visit, including labs and tests.
