Gateway Family & Urgent Care is a nonprofit medical practice that provides affordable primary care and urgent care. We prefer appointments so you don't have to wait but we welcome walk-ins!
We accept a variety of insurances, those with limited insurance, and those with no insurance at all.
PRICING
Urgent care visits are typically $69. New patients establishing usually range from $69-$106. If you qualify, your visit is no more than $40, including labs and tests. Returning visits are often less. Ask us about our pricing when you set up an appointment.

For those that qualify, we expect the patient to pay no more than $40 per visit. All others will receive our very competitive standard rates. We also accept a variety of insurance plans.

As a patient you have the option to pay with cash or credit (no insurance) or if you have insurance, we can bill your insurance company. Below is the current list of insurance companies we accept. Please know that it is your responsibility to know your coverage, what your insurance company will pay, and that if your insurance company does not cover your claim that you will be responsible to pay Gateway Healthcare for the services provided. If you qualify, your personal responsibility will be no more than $40.
