Gates will open at 1:00 PM

• A lawn chair - the venue is a parking lot and grassy area and no chairs are provided

• Sunscreen and a hat

• Cash for raffles, silent auction, snacks, and donations (Card's will be accepted with an additional processing fee)

• Rain gear if weather forecasts indicate rain

• A big heart and a curiosity to what Gateway Healthcare is doing for the underserved in our community and a willingness to help

No food, drinks, coolers, etc. will be allowed.  There will be food trucks, pop, water, snacks, beer, and wine all available for purchase that will go toward our cause.  The only exception will be food and drink for babies.  ​

Lot's of it right close to the venue.  There will be handicapped parking as well close to the main entrance and we have plenty of volunteers ready to help you get close so it will be a short walk.

Well it better not because this concert is going to be a blast.  OK, so it rains anyway... The show must go on!  Bring rain gear, bring an umbrella and still plan to have a good time.  We would love to have a large tent in case of rain but this concert is about raising awareness and raising money and not spending it.

Yes, we have ordered several port-a-potties including a couple of ADA Compliant.

Absolutely!  We will only be checking people at the gates for prohibited items like coolers, bazooka's, large backpacks, etc.  Will we be looking for donations?  Yes we will.  Gateway is a community clinic that can't survive without donations.  Only 34% of our costs are covered by patients and/or insurance.
